Reid Massage & Wellness is Hiring a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist!

Position Overview

Title: Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist

Location: 1204 The Plaza, Suite 1 Charlotte, NC 28205

Employment Type: Part-time

Compensation: W2 Position, Flat Rate Per Service, 50% commission on add-ons, all tips

You will provide Custom Healing Massage Sessions using all the tools in your tool belt :( e.g. deep tissue, prenatal, cupping therapy, abdominal massage) while upholding our company’s commitment to client care, professionalism, and wellness advocacy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform 4 massage sessions per shift, following client treatment plans

  • Arrive 20-30 minutes before first session to set up work space and treatment room

  • Ensure SOAP notes are completed before the end of the day

  • Educate clients on self-care recommendations and treatment benefits

  • Maintain a clean, professional treatment space

  • Checking clients in and out/ rebooking

  • Follow all company policies regarding client communication, scheduling, and session protocol

  • Punctuality and reliability are non-negotiable

Must-Have Qualifications:

☑ Fridays 10:30am-5pm & Saturdays 8:30am-3pm availability (1 Saturday off per month)

☑ Active Massage Therapy License in NC

☑ Liability insurance

☑ Strong work ethic and dependability

☑ Excellent communication skills—able to connect with clients and team members

☑ Commitment to ethical, professional massage therapy

☑ Prenatal Certification

Bonus if You Have:
