  • The best things you can do to prepare for your appointment are:

    -Stay hydrated! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and have ample electrolytes. This will help decrease soreness after your massage.

    -Stay away from inflammatory foods, like processed food, foods high in processed sugar, sugary drinks. When we eat inflammatory foods, our bodies respond with inflammation in our muscle tissues that can cause soreness and muscle pain. Staying away from these foods in general is a good rule of thumb, but it’s even more important before and after a massage!

    -Get comfy! Wear comfortable clothing, remove contacts and makeup if you want; whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. This is your time to relax, so feel your best, no judgement here.

  • For new clients, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the health history and policy forms and get settled in.

    For existing clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in, use the rest room and go over the treatment plan for the day.

    Parking is located behind the building labeled “Reid Massage & Wellness”. Please do not park in any other spaces. If spaces are taken, please park on Commonwealth Ave.

    Our entrance is located in the back of the building and is labeled with “Reid Massage & Wellness”.

  • Absolutely! You can give us a call, text or send us an email to prepay for their appointment.

  • Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

    If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within the 24 hours before your appointment, or “no-call, no-show”, your card on file will be charged for 100% of the service cost for that day.

    Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, so if you are unsure if you can make the appointment, please select a day and time that works best for your schedule.

  • We do not offer refunds on services scheduled, rendered or any gift card purchases. If you are unable to make your appointment that has already been prepaid, as long as you cancelled 24 hours + before appointment start time, you will be allowed to transfer that credit to another appointment. If you no longer require this appointment, you are welcome to gift this appointment to another person, but no refund will be given.

  • We do not accept returns on body care products to keep everyone safe from contaminated items. If you are unhappy with your item, please reach out!
